Reflecting on the importance of championing greater equity and equality across the built environment, G&T hosted a number of events encouraging active listening, knowledge sharing and cross industry learning to coincide with International Women's Day.
G&T's Building for Women network was inspired by stories from senior female leaders within their fields, including a number of senior partners from the business, Baroness Arminka Helic and Detective Chief Inspector Helen Schofield on their career journeys and the lessons they've learnt along the way.
Key takeaways from the sessions included the importance of authentic leadership, being true to your values and how to use your platform to be a voice for those who aren't able to speak out.
