Work Starts on New Marlborough Yard
Ground has broken at the new hotel development happening down at Southwark.
A short walk from Royal Festival Hall and the Southbank Centre, the scheme comprises a new 274-bed Premier Inn hotel and forms part of Frogmore鈥檚 New Marlborough Yard development at The Cut in Southwark.
The 拢24m project will have access to great transport links through Waterloo station and provide 9,141m2 of new hospitality space, including a ground floor restaurant and bar.
