Through our involvement with the Association of Project Management’s special interest group for Planning, Monitoring and Control, G&T is hosting the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) at our London HQ who are developing a new international standard for Earned Value Management (EVM).Â
ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organisation with a membership of 163 national standards bodies. Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.Â
The development of an ISO for EVM is significant for industries and client organisations that place project and programme controls at the heart of how they manage their portfolios of work, protect investments, and manage exposure to risk.Â
