Moulsecoomb, East and West Brighton
G&T is currently working with the University of Brighton on the £150m redevelopment of their Moulsecoomb sites (referred to as Momentum Lewes Road - Adjacent to Preston Barracks) which includes a DBFO scheme to provide circa 800 student units through an income strip funding model.
The scheme also includes the provision of new academic buildings, the reprovision of car parking (circa 600 spaces) and site wide infrastructure and public realm works.
