Gavin leads our facilities & asset management advisory and life cycle teams, delivering improvements in FM performance and value for existing property portfolios and improved operational costs and outcomes for new build developments.

He is particularly interested in maximising the value of FM through the strategic alignment of the FM function to organisational objectives, optimising FM strategy using ‘right sourcing’ methodologies for FM management and delivery, and the implementation of FM ‘management’ best practice.
