Located on Times Square, the 530,000 SF, 1,400 guest room Milford Plaza Hotel - now known as The Row NYC - has undergone a $155m renovation.
The project included a full gut/renovation of the guest rooms, construction of a roof top bar, new sky lobby with access by three glass elevators and the stripping and glass reclad of the base of the buildings.
