G&T provided Project and Cost Management services on this Cat B re-design on an 18,000 sq ft refurbishment for Linklaters' satellite office based in Colchester.
Similar in terms of design to the recently completed Linklaters pilot study, the scheme focuses on a functional and contemporary design promoting an agile and collaborative working environment. It also incorporates refined design decisions which take into account the lessons learnt from the pilot study.
