New office building which forms part of the wider Bath Quays project, located within the City of Bath World Heritage Site and the Bath & Somer Valley Enterprise Zone.
Designed by Penoyre & Prasad, the new building will provide 46,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over five open plan floors offering tenants highly flexible accommodation.
