Richard is a project manager with specific development focus and specialises in managing and delivering large, complex projects, particularly town planning applications. Richard’s main focus is Central London developer led commercial office, mixed use and residential schemes.

He also has experience of complex funding arrangements and leading agreement for lease negotiations for both developers and tenants. He was the Project Director for the Swiss Re Tower, 30 St Mary Axe, Kings Place in Kings Cross and Fetter Lane for Great Portland Estates. He is also responsible for project management in the South West and Wales.
