Nick is a partner with over 15 years' experience of real estate consulting. His particular expertise is in large-scale masterplanning and regeneration schemes providing advice to developers and investors.
He brings significant experience working across a variety of sectors which enables him to bring strong technical and commercial awareness to project teams. He has a dedicated professional approach and is passionate 好色TV ensuring consistent provision of the highest level of client service.
He currently leads the strategic cost management on Brent Cross Town and Canada Water projects, including infrastructure, public realm, workspace, retail, leisure, culture and residential alongside higher education and community uses.
Nick enjoys playing an active role in multi-disciplinary consultant teams and has excellent communication and team working skills.
